Run down area with lots of broken or missing pieces of the sidewalk/road. Not designed well and difficult or unsafe to access the very few parking spots because it's behind the bike lane. It's not accessible at all, there are 2 sets of stairs on either side of the building to get to their unit. Reception seems easy to work with on the phone and they accept the CDCP Canadian Dental Care Plan.
Customer service here is excellent. I am always welcomed with a smile and my questions on insurance, dental health, payments, etc are answered professionally. I recommend this dental center for any urgent dental emergencies.
