I can’t recommend Andy (Andrew Noon) enough! He is by far the most attentive dental practitioner I’ve ever had. He truly knows what he’s talking about and always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best results. Dr Iffat and Genet make an exceptional dental team. It’s always difficult to see a dentist (at least for me), but I have to say that they made the experience very soothing and enjoyable. Checking in on me at every step, patiently answering my countless questions, and just being sincerely kind and attentive. I had a dental emergency and was so relieved to get a same-day appointment at Waterloo Dental! The whole experience was very pleasant — I felt genuinely cared for by Nurse Genet and Dr. Meenal, who clearly explained my options and provided effective solutions. The front desk staff was also friendly and accommodating, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Thank you, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future dental appointments!
