Since being sold to 2K dental, the wait times have increased and there’s a new set of “updated” paperwork every time we arrive for an appointment. They have gone from three(3) dentists on staff to ONE(1), so a regular cleaning and checkup has taken an hour and a half (and counting while i wait for the dentist to come see me now that the hygenist has been done for about 20 mins). I miss the attention to customer service. Feels corporate and impersonal anymore. :(
