I was texted 15 minutes before my 11am appointment advising that the dentist has been bed bound with sickness all day and that our appointment was cancelled. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If the dentist had been bed bound all day, I would have appreciated more of a heads up. Complete lack of care and communication.
