Absolutely terrible system. I don't know how these got approved for residential used but STAY AWAY. They smell like sewage and have multiple points of failure, making them costly. Stick with a regular septic bed, do not get talked into one of these systems. You get locked into annual $300 inspections (mandated by law due to the "advanced nature of the system") and if you look at the things that you cannot use in your home at any time (bleach, conditioner, dandruff shampoo, etc.) is becomes quite apparent that these never sho... read more
Signed up for annual maintenance program as I was told only they are able to work on these systems. Ok sure. The visit, unannounced but that's in their contract. A poor way to run things but their choice. Why would they not schedule these visits? Why would they not make sure someone will be there or that access can be granted. Terrible experience with this company. We installed one of their systems in 2023 and signed a contract to do annual maintenance/inspection with them. In 2024, at our first inspection, they ticked everything off as working and okay, but wrote that their new policy was panels should be outside as they no longer come inside to service them. We followed up by calling the company and inquired how our brand new system was already afoul of their servicing policy, and we were told it would only apply to systems installed as of 2024.... read more
Picked up load but it wasn’t ready so had to wait for about 2 hrs. Good people tho.
Experience in the first year of operation was not ideal, but with Scott W. now supporting the Nova Scotia South Shore area, things are back on track. Scott even came late on Friday of a long weekend to resolve the issues (under warranty no less). Customer service at the highest level.
