The system works OK but where they get you is in the contract. They make you pay them every year for a service call that takes like 10 mins and costs you over 300 dollars even though it a new system I should be able to call for service when I want to. They threaten you if you cancel their service they will report you to the higher ups and cost you more money they basicly hold you random, I was so fed up with being treated like this that I had it all ripped out and a new company come in and put a new system in that doesn't re... read more
We have installed many Waterloo systems and have always had a 5 star experience. Our customers are always very impressed with the level of service on the maintenance side. Having a maintenance contract for a sewage system is not something anyone is happy about, but Waterloo’s Maintenance and service operations are far superior to any other advanced treatment system on the market.
I install many of these systems each year. They are the leading treatment system in the industry. Very happy with their excellent service and company systems for the terrain I work in. Highly recommend their product.
