Terrible experience with this company. We installed one of their systems in 2023 and signed a contract to do annual maintenance/inspection with them. In 2024, at our first inspection, they ticked everything off as working and okay, but wrote that their new policy was panels should be outside as they no longer come inside to service them. We followed up by calling the company and inquired how our brand new system was already afoul of their servicing policy, and we were told it would only apply to systems installed as of 2024.... read more
The system works OK but where they get you is in the contract. They make you pay them every year for a service call that takes like 10 mins and costs you over 300 dollars even though it a new system I should be able to call for service when I want to. They threaten you if you cancel their service they will report you to the higher ups and cost you more money they basicly hold you random, I was so fed up with being treated like this that I had it all ripped out and a new company come in and put a new system in that doesn't re... read more
We have installed many Waterloo systems and have always had a 5 star experience. Our customers are always very impressed with the level of service on the maintenance side. Having a maintenance contract for a sewage system is not something anyone is happy about, but Waterloo’s Maintenance and service operations are far superior to any other advanced treatment system on the market.
I install many of these systems each year. They are the leading treatment system in the industry. Very happy with their excellent service and company systems for the terrain I work in. Highly recommend their product.
