I break bikes. Greg fixes them. Sometimes other bike shops do, but here are Waterloo Bicycle Works’ strengths: fast service, super smart mechanicry, owners who contribute like mad to downtown Waterloo, cool stuff to buy in the shop. My most recent break: brought my mountain bike in due to creaking on cranking. Greg took care of it with new bearings and it’s a sweet silent ride now! Love this place. Just purchased a Sun tricycle from Jessica and Greg and we love it! Cool location downtown and the shop is housed in a neat older historical building. Fair prices.

Just picked up my new bike from Waterloo Bike Works. So excited to get out and ride. Staff was SO SO helpful. They made several suggestions of things we hadn't thought of. Yet, it wasn't a pressure sell. Knowledgeable about the equipment they sell and service. Will certainly be a return customer.
