The staff is very pleasant and friendly and treat you like you are a person and answer all your questions and concerns
Very professional office. Everyone is so very nice and very helpful. All the way from start to finish from my hearing test to getting my hearing aids, Alexus Cordova was so nice and so helpful. She explained everything so that I could understand. I appreciate all of her time, help, kindness, and courtesy. Thank you so very much Alexus, and the front desk staff (sorry I can’t remember your names), and Waterloo Audiology.
This was my second visit and I am very pleased with the service I received. My first afternoon with hearing aids.and I can hear.
