Bob is really hearing so much more than he thought he’d ever be able to hear! He wore them all day til night on the first day he got them. He actually forgot he had them on that evening. Sara is so kind, caring and helpful. The only negative we felt was when we were asked to pay the balance before we got the hearing aids fitted that morning. Ok I have to admit that I 1/2 believed that I needed hearing aids. But after test and consultation of seeing graph of my hearing loss….. sad but I owned up to the damage of years of abuse. My fault. Next was preparing for use Something else to keep up with and maintain. That 45 min to hour was very comfortable and received warmly. Now to get over the foreign objects but they are there to help me. The technology is wonderful and user friendly.
