Do not move here. Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Terrible residents, endless roaches, and rodent issues. The owner will spend as little as possible to upkeep this place. The residents are a huge issue because EPM Iowa seems to rent to whoever and they blatantly don't respect this property. Packages have gotten stolen from this place all the time. The parking lot was very dirty and every single dumpster was not only full but had trash and home furnishings strewn around it. The unattached garages were run down and most had no doors or the doors were inoperable.
It's a rough neighborhood.
