I called water logic / quench for broken machine on apr 29, 2024 and they said apr 30, 2024 the tech came but nobody at the building ; meanwhile i was at the building from 8-5 pm!!!! On another event, i’d like to stop membership n return the machine at different location n have been calling the rep like 10-12x and it took more than 4 months until i get response from them

They ar ignoring costumers
Part of the contract is once a year a tech is supposed to change the filter, uv light and clean the machine. They took our money but never sent a tech. Three months later, they don't answer phones or respond to emails.
Honestly, the service is terrible and nobody really cares at any level.
