Great customer service and fantastic delivery. Delivery was right on point. The truck driver was very experienced, incredibly good at his job helping rolling a 20,000L tank and guiding us through out making it all run smooth even with a difficult route to the water tank base. (Corners and a steep hill). We couldn’t be happier! Beautiful looking tank too! Very happy

we have been using waterline as our main water tank subcontractor for ages now (GJ Gardner Homes Melbourne Innert North West), they have always been prompt, product and services delivered to our sites are top notch! Joseph Mcalpine was fantastic to deal with! I highly recommend waterline tanks.

Amazing service from Waterline. A year after installation our water pump intermittently didn’t start for a couple of minutes after a tap was opened. Instant response to fix the issue - controller then pump replaced. I don’t think I’ve ever had better, more friendly and helpful support on a warranty claim.
