I had a plumber install their outdoor faucet last Fall and it was OK until this Spring when I woke up to a severe leakage causing water to burst onto my neighbor's house from the outside and flooded my own basement on the inside. I immediately had it taken out by another professional plumber only to discover that it actually broke in 2. I don't think it's one piece in design which is why it broke. A cheap faucet but a costly water damage. Buy Waterline products at your own risk.
Pathetic service and pathetic reception. I recommend that no body shall approach them for any work!!!
