Waterline built my pool in the spring of 2017. Fast forward 8 years, and I am still very pleased by the design and build quality. If I ever put in another pool in Dallas, I will be calling Jon.
I’ve had several imperfections after redoing my pool. They have not wanted to respond. They left a hose mark in the plaster that did not come out when they refilled my pool after completion. I had a leak in the pool from behind the light which they remove during construction. They became argumentative. I had hard time for them to come out to repair but they did repair it . Jon did such a great job on our pool at Cedar Creek Lake. The whole process was so seamless and the pool turned out beautiful! We were so happy with this company that we are now having them build our pool in Dallas. I highly recommend Waterline Pools!
We contracted with Waterline Pools late in 2021 for the construction of a pool and outdoor cooking area. Prior to executing the contract, Jon Harrison presented several designs for us to consider all to complement our existing landscape that included Japanese Maples, Little Gem Magnolias and Japanese Yews.
