This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The neighbors are incredibly friendly as well as the staff. The views are lovely. Despite being very close to a train station, the windows do a great job of noise cancellation. Otherwise, it became white noise pretty quickly. The windows are large which allows a lot of natural light into both of the bedrooms and living room. The balconies are very large in comparison to most apts I've lived in. In over a decade renting in the Portland metro, I’ve never lived somewhere that was so responsive in regard to any in unit issues. Donna and her team make, what elsewhere has largely been a trying experience, very straightforward and easy. Compared to where I’ve lived before, it’s been a dream.
