Edited review: Unfortunately I have to update my review because the living experience has changed. Since my last review I keep getting AI messages. I think I finally got it to stop but in one week I got 9 messages from the AI system who call themselves Emerson and Estelle. I repeatedly asked them to stop and told them I only want to speak with real human beings and eventually some combination of words worked. I said "stop I do not consent to receiving these messages". Edit: Unfortunately, my experience here has declined significantly. When I first moved in, calling the front office meant speaking directly with a friendly staff member. Now the phone system is handled by an AI that does not reliably redirect calls to management, making it difficult to reach an actual person. I love living at Waterline! The entire team is always so kind and helpful, everyone in the community is so friendly, we have views of the Willamette River AND the west hills, the whole property is kept clean and is very thoughtfully maintained, and I simply love my apartment and all the windows! Waterline feels like home.
Great place and sweet location. Security is useless though.
