Anna was amazing with my 12 year old daughter who was super nervous and apprehensive. Anna was informative, knowledgable and extremely patient and reassuring. My daughter also has allergies -and super sensitive skin which Anna carefully reviewed and considered before and during treatment. Fantastic job with zero redness afterwards.

I was gifted a float session at Waterlily Beauty & Brow and was really looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed by both the hygiene standards and how a situation was handled afterwards. Upon entering the room, I noticed the shower was not clean and lacked basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner. I also pointed out a used tampon in the shower to the staff — something that should never happen in a spa setting.
