Thieves. I scheduled and pre-paid for a pedicure via Zelle. They cancelled my appointment via email shortly after, but still processed my Zelle payment. I emailed and texted asking to reschedule, but received no response. I have received no communication since and my attempts to reschedule or obtain a refund have been ignored. No response to emails, texts, or voicemails. No response to a Zelle counter-request to get my payment back. Likely scam, do NOT recommend. I booked an appointment and was required to prepay $125 to “Queen Anne Beauty & Wellness LLC” via Zelle before my appointment. The provider contacted me via text and cancelled the service day-of, and did not offer a reschedule after multiple attempts to contact. When I asked for a refund of the prepayment, there has been no response via text, phone or email. I had an extremely relaxing experience, and my feet ended up feeling as soft as a baby's skin after the callus treatment! So often, at other spas, there's an unspoken pressure to engage in small talk with your service provider, which can ruin the relaxation. This is not so here!
