They installed luxury vinyl plank in our kitchen in 2019. There was a dent in the plywood and when I asked if I was going to be a problem they said no and now two years later that spot is extremely soft and very annoying. If they just would have spent 10 more minutes to fill in that divot I wouldn't have any issues with what they did, but very unhappy that a professional installation company didn't know to make sure the underlayment was completely flat.
This was a newly built home 2yrs ago. The kitchen backsplash was tiled completely wrong but since they had already finished the job. They didn't want to re-do it. The downstairs bathroom has be tiled twice because of poor craftsmanship. It's still done poorly in many spots. Grouting that's 1/2in wide instead of cutting the tile the correct size.
