Been going to this location for the past decade. However, for the past year, they have been struggling with a healthy inventory on regular purified water. In the last 6 months they have you coming back after 5pm for purified water just to find out that 50% of the time they don't have purified water. This is frustrating, annoying and simply poor management on inventory. This pathetic experience of driving back & forth has forced me to switch companies.
Seems that every time I go this place it never has purified water, always trying to sell alkaline.
Today 7/17/25 around 6pm Wateria had no customers when I arrived and it seemed as if the woman here washed checked out and ready to leave, she has cleaned my water jug better when there was a line of 5+ customers. I come here and pay more because of the added touch, but not today - she threw soap on it and swiped the sponge ONCE and rinsed it for 2 seconds. I don't know if she thought because I was on my phone she could do this but I was "not paying attention".
Coming here for years. I’m not anymore. The new girl working there this last Sunday just gives nothing but attitude.
