Today 7/17/25 around 6pm Wateria had no customers when I arrived and it seemed as if the woman here washed checked out and ready to leave, she has cleaned my water jug better when there was a line of 5+ customers. I come here and pay more because of the added touch, but not today - she threw soap on it and swiped the sponge ONCE and rinsed it for 2 seconds. I don't know if she thought because I was on my phone she could do this but I was "not paying attention".
Coming here for years. I’m not anymore. The new girl working there this last Sunday just gives nothing but attitude.
I being going here for years, today Saturday 01/25/25 at 15:17, the female working there refused to clean the 5-gallon water container with the brush, as they being doing it for years. She stated that it is bad, she can get an infection. Just because her nails are long and don’t want to damage them. That is a personal matter. I refused to go there, if this is the customer service you start giving.
