A lot of hidden fees upon move out. Beware before you move in. you are paying 300 dollars for carpet cleaning. And 200 dollars for apartment cleaning. 800 dollar bills total during move out when we don’t have any damage to the place, not to mention crackheads lives everywhere. And not a good place for a family. Cops coming got and going everyday. You cannot sleep because of noise. Neighbors are crackheads so they don’t care about noise and don’t care about their neighbors.
