Very noisy When I first moved into this apartment complex I loved it. The floorplan was great and the rent was VERY reasonable. The big problem that I had was that my walls were paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors did. (including going to the bathroom and typing on the computer). The office staff was okay, nothing special. PROS: Inexpensive CONS: VERY noisy, terrible parking
Nice and Quiet Waterhouse Place is a satisfactory apartment complex that is fairly quiet and clean. They have a walking trail that is a nice addition. The omly complaint here is that it may take sometime to get someone to come look at any repairs you may need. The rent is fair but not spectacular. Most of the balconies are about 10 feet by 3 feet (I'm not exaggerating when I say only 3 feet deep). There isn't room for you to barbeque and put a chair out there too. A lot of hidden fees upon move out. Beware before you move in. you are paying 300 dollars for carpet cleaning. And 200 dollars for apartment cleaning. 800 dollar bills total during move out when we don’t have any damage to the place, not to mention crackheads lives everywhere. And not a good place for a family. Cops coming got and going everyday. You cannot sleep because of noise. Neighbors are crackheads so they don’t care about noise and don’t care about their neighbors. Waterhouse Place was the perfect place to live in Beaverton. The management and maintenance team were on point. Maintence requests were usually completed on the day they were put in. Aaron in the office was always quick to reply to emails. The Luxor package boxes made mail a breeze. The grounds are gorgeous. It’s a peaceful place to live. I lived in building 375 overlooking the creek and the park. It was serene! I cannot recommend this place more.
Rented an apartment sight unseen from out of state. The Waterhouse leasing staff, especially Aaron, was responsive and helpful with all of our questions. They helped make our transition to OR smooth. The apartment has turned out to be the perfect spot for us and our pups. The property is lovely and close to lots of shopping and eating spots, not to mention the MAX which is a short ride to downtown, a big plus. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly (same day). My wife and I (and our pups!) both love Waterhouse Place.

Moved in a few months ago and I have had a great experience so far with Waterhouse Place. Leasing Office staff are consistently professional and responsive and the Maintenance team has always responded within 24 hours of any requests we've had (we've only had a few small minor ones) and they have all be really friendly and professional. I LOVE having the garbage valet service (just makes things easier for everyone LOL).
