The on site management in the Coutry Fair Estates does nothing but harass people. Have spoken to Waterhouse and nothing happens. On site management has a manager who had been to prison. He is also a drunk who has a very bad temper and holds grudges. So we have been targeted that is their words not mine. I and all of the tenants have signed contract that says this is a 55 and older park. They have just had a meeting and said they are changing this to a family park. They suck! The Imperial Ventura Mobile Home Park is run like a SLUM! They are slumlords! I wish all the residence would join together and get a law suit against them! I have moved on or I would!!
Don't ever buy anything from these people. Their managers are thieves and liers. The owner Jim Cooper is also a thief and a liar. Karma is a bitch Cooper.
