just settled here! big ear problem with my dog that cannot be cured in France(he had it since one year!). One appointment, one solution...3 days after my dog feels better! no more disgusting odor, ear almost clean, no more pain for him...and carine (the vet) has called to have some news! My pets have gone for routine to complex issues. I know when I go they will be seen by a top notch Dr. and a professional staff. Our family loves Dr Waterhouse and her staff because they have always been there for us when we have an emergency. She has been taking care of our pets for almost twenty years and we would never think of going anywhere else. We highly recommend Waterhouse.
Dr. Waterhouse and her fantastic staff are the most professional, caring, and wonderful people you could meet. The hospital is clean - doesn't smell like a vet clinic. The doctors explain everything and give you options - they don't try to force you into treatments you don't want or can afford to pay for. They love our pets. We will stay with them forever.
