Denis Catalano did a fantastic job. He answered all questions, did a neat, clean install left the work site cleaner than it was when he arrived. Update: I am dropping stars to 2 because I requested invoice copy after payment which Denis failed to provide even after several requests. Unfortunately, that experience of not getting invoice copy left a bad taste in my mouth.
Denis was very responsive, helped us on the same day. Great installation for a fair price. I highly recommend him for any water heater needs.
Denis came on a holiday and explained everything he was doing throughout. He was in and out and left no mess. Great work, and a great guy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
