Recent appointment! My latest visit to Watergrass Dental Care was another outstanding experience. The doctors are truly wonderful and, in my opinion, experts in their craft. During this visit, I had a deep cleaning with laser therapy to help my gums heal more comfortably and efficiently, and I also had a crown replaced. I highly recommend going here! All the staff were amazing and friendly. The office was clean and cozy. They were good at explaining everything when I had questions and went above and beyond in their customer service.
I am sharing my experience because the office has not worked with me to resolve my concerns. I genuinely hoped to move past this if they had addressed the issues, but they refused to provide all of my medical records and would not issue a full refund despite the treatment failing and resulting in damage to my natural teeth. I had a great experience with my dental cleaning. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and professional, and my teeth feel very clean. The staff was friendly, and the entire visit was efficient and comfortable. I highly recommend this office for dental care.
