New patient....from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, everyone was EXTREMELY nice/friendly/professional. The vibe was great. The ladies upfront treated me like family. Annie the hygienist was no different. She was very knowledgeable and treated me wonderfully. Dr. McLendon (aka Dr.B) came to discuss the xrays and treatment plan/findings. Once again treated like family. I was totally IMPRESSED. If you are looking for a new dental "home", this is the place!
This was my first visit as a new patient with Watergrass Dental Care. I am somewhat new to the area and my old dentist is now an hour away. I was in search of a dentist closer to me and came across this office. I researched them online and saw countless amazing reviews so I immediately called and made an appointment. Annie was great. Very thorough in her cleaning
I had my first appointment with this office yesterday and I cannot say enough good things. The staff is incredibly professional and kind, Dr B is super knowledgeable and driven to do what’s best for her patients even if it’s not the easy route, and they truly care about your comfort and wellbeing. As long as they are here, I’ll never seek another dentist, and I’ve been recommending them to everyone I speak with. Super impressed and thankful.
Annie was very courteous and informative through the entire exam.
