I initially had an exceptional experience with this dental office, which makes what happened afterward even more disappointing. Unfortunately, their billing and front office departments have been a major letdown. Months after our initial appointments, my husband and I were informed that we owed hundreds of dollars in dental bills. The facility is clean, and has great music. They have a snack area with adequate seating throughout! The front office staff are very welcoming, professional, informative, and friendly. Ms. D, front office, asked me about what the doc and I discussed regarding my treatment because she wanted to be sure I understood my treatment plan.
