*revised* I wish I could give 0 stars. Over the last 6 months I have had more than one appointment rescheduled due to staffing. Appointments that I have had for months, rescheduled within a few business days and pushed out 3+ months. One was for Invisalign in which I was expected to keep a temporary tray in my mouth for 4 months. Another appointment was for delivery of a crown that I had already paid for, and scheduled for delivery 6-8 weeks ago. Now I have to wait until July. I love that I do not have to sit and wait when I arruve for my appointment and that the staff are welcoming and respecrful. The office exudes cleanliness and the Dentizt herself is very personable.
The team at Watergrass Dental Care are THE best!! I have recieved care at 3 other places since moving here 5 years ago and none of them treated me with the respect, human kindness, and advanced care that I am getting at Watergrass. They have helped me wAnt to get the extensive dental care that is needed to improve my oral health and well being.
