We received the most professional service from Wayne Kramer and Rudy. Wayne gave us an estimate and that's what we paid. Wayne called to confirm the night before the service date. He arrived at the appointment time, had all his equipment, and installed the water heater. He added a few valves and new supply lines. The entire job looks perfect. Wayne left the area tidy. We can't be happier. Would definitely recommend this company.
