Watergate os awesome! It was designed by William Wurster of Wurster Bermardi and Emmoms that also dèsigned 555 Californoa San Francisco former Bank of America World Headquarters and Ghirardelli Square. It has a 5,000 Sq. ft , Clubhouse, year round Swimming, a half mile boardwalk on the San Francisco Bay leading to Trader Vicks restaurant, a free shuttle to B.A.R.T., And a great on site Market. This place is a sleeper.
Have lived here for close to 9 years now. HOA - the worst. Bunch on indian and white guys making decisions. Older construction. HOA makes decisions without considering changing demographic of watergate apartments. Giving 2 stars just for the views and access to marina.
I used to own a condo in 4 Anchor Drive and I loved it. I wish I could buy it again. The views are beautiful, my one bedroom condo was spacious and comfortable and the surroundings were great. I keep on hoping it will go up for sale again, I would be there and making an offer immediately.
