I recently installed a 4ton Series 5 system to replace an old geo system with a dead compressor. My HVAC company recommended Water Furnace and after speaking with their excellent tech Nathan and doing some research online, I was sold. The system was installed great, the two-stage compressor will certainly save me money, and it is very quiet. Haven t used it in warm weather yet, but I expect the same great performance.

Have installed many waterfurnace units and aside from being heavy to move in, they install easily and they work very well.
Costumer service is poor. Can not get any technical assistance to help with issues I am having with Water Furnace Aurora AXB controller.

I have found the water furnace to be costly and too cold. I literally have to run it around the clock to keep the house at a comfortable temp, say 68. Because the blower runs almost constantly, I am not seeing any cost savings on energy bills. The filters are special order and quite expensive and often difficult to insert into the opening. I did manage to find a dealer in my area who is coming to troubleshoot why my water flow light is on and my furnace isnt working.
