All levels are walk ups only. No elevator. Would not have booked if I knew of no elevator. 1 person recently had surgery on ankel, another with bad arthritic knees and hips. Our bed was the most uncomfortable beds ever and very low to the floor. No ensuite in the 2 bedroom appartments, electrical wires hanging from ceiling, bathroom shower was full of mould and a mish mash of various styles from differnt stages of repair, dryer was useless (noisy and almost 2 hours to dry 2 towels) Nobody parked in allocated spaces, and smok... read more
Good self contained apartments.
Excellent place to stay. Friendly and nice and clean. The undercover parking with some power points available for those who drive an electric vehicle makes this a real standout venue. They also support medical accommodation for those who are offered subsidies during treatment.

Michelle and Lee were absolutely fantastic with the booking and check in process. Clean and spacious room. Location is great, walking distance for EVERYTHING. Definitely will stay here again for my next visit in cairns!
