I am extremely happy about my experience with I.O.P. and the men's empowerment program. Christain has all sorts of activities and workouts, we do a.a. book read and cold plunge, we do circuit training, a ruck with weighted vests and a bag named sandy, jujitsu, boxing. We can work out any time after group also step work. They provide ubers to a.a. meetings and church if you like.
