We had recently worked with a realtor from your group, Tim Johnson to purchase a property in St. Petersburg, Florida. We had discussed the property with him, he took us on a visual tour and we had expressed interest in purchasing. We hadn't heard from him for a few days and reached out to find he had purchased the property for himself!!!!!!!!!! How unprofessional!
We rented a unit for February 2025. Ilona Dillon was great. She was professional and thorough. Iliona really came through when we had a problem. Due to a family emergency we had to cancel our rental. Iiona was very considerate and worked hard to have an equitable solution for all parties.

We were in other cities while our house was listed and Todd took care of all of the details and consistently kept us apprised of developments and the timeline of events.
