I have rented two premium suites from WaterFront property in Toronto via booking.com from Dec26 to Dec30. A week later, the property canceled my booking without any further notice. When I called them they said that booking.com application has a glitch which caused that. They offer to reschedule but I need to pay through e-transfer which I feel like it is a scam. I saw later that same suites were posted with a higher prices in Airbnb and expedia. Shame on them, they ruined my vacation. I have all evidence if needed
