Truly an awful experience renting with them. From the moment I moved in, the carpets still smelt like a previous animal. I had asked what needed to be done to get all my deposit back, and did exactly those and still got charged $470 in cleaning fees also asked to be called if there was any additional cleaning. I never received a call. Do yourself a favor a don’t rent from them. Nothings updated. Tiny apartments, I also only lived there for 3 months.
Be careful, take pictures and file your paper work in a safe place.
