The Maryland location was great to work with, made everything sound like it would be a smooth transaction but as soon as we had to deal with Somers Point it was terrible. Noone answered or returned calls, updated on the status of the boat, nothing. We backed out of the deal because we didn't want to wait until August for our boat. Then to be spiteful, they are refusing to rent us a slip at the marina. Awful business, unless you're dropping $100,000+ and then I'm sure the phone would've been ringing.
Purchased a used boat almost two weeks ago, boat was paid in full the day I took it home. Still waiting for some kind of confirmation that the title has been sent in the mail to me. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself some headache and shop elsewhere.
Service damaged the arch in my boat....Called me a liar by the the service guy. 10 years with them and called a liar. They can't be responsible for damage to my boat cause I can't prove they did it. Are u sjhfgreyfgryufgryfgr kidding! shady.....
I have Been docking my boat there for 20 years . I was told this year they had such a successful boat show that they need to make more room for faster service and that people who have older boats or don’t buy complete packages through the marina were not being renewed. I think this is a horrible way to do business especially with no advance notice to the customers so that we could make arrangements at another marina. Everyone at Waterfront Marine is absolutely incredible. They are friendly and knowledgable. They consistently go out of their way to accomodate you. It was the first new boat I ever bought and they walked me through every step of the way. They run free excursions that heighten the enjoyment of boating.
