Edit see below for my original review, hotel contacted me we spoke about the issues and as I explained this was not anyway how the experience should have gone. The manager was great to talk with and took my concerns to heart. Thank you for helping bring these issues to light and the next person will start better off. Horrible service and the room I booked even after booking 4 months in advance and 3 phone calls to speak with someone in person when I arrived they told me did not exist. The swizzle restaurant in the Galt House Hotel 25 floor east wing was amazing. The food was perfectly prepared. The presentation was excellent, great hospitality,professional service and the view was beautiful.
