I reached out to Ronnie for help with my backyard. I have had difficulty growing grass based upon the amount of shade in my backyard abd fact that I have dogs. Ronnie and his crew did an amazing job. All of plants were perfectly placed and have grown leaps and bounds since planting. He guarantees his work and is there when you need him. I would recommend him to all that are in want of beautiful landscaping
This has been an absolute nightmare experience. At first they are incredible nice and professional. However after they installed the grass in our backyard it all went downhill. The company never provided us with the aftercare instructions as initially promised, which resulted in a water bill of over $500 that we must pay. The grass installed about a months ago is dead in parts of the backyard. The company tried to blame it on us for over watering or not watering enough. From first contact to final installation, our experience with Waterfront Landscapes was excellent. Ronnie was very responsive, reliable and knowledgeable. The removal of the dead trees and installation of the new trees went smoothly. The Sylvester Palms he selected are beautiful and look great in our front yard. My past experiences with other landscape companies has not been good. Ronnie and Waterfront Landscapes has found a happy customer and I look forward to working with them on my future landscape needs.
