Staff was amazing!!!
This is an amazing place to stay in Mackinaw city. If you only care about aesthetics, maybe this isn’t the place for you. However, if you a beautiful lake front hotel, with kindest and friendliest staff this place is great! Yes the hotel looks “older” but the rooms were clean and well kept. Me personally, I love the nostalgia of this older styler hotel. The two hosts running the front desk over 4th of July were amazing. They were both friendly, accommodating and truly welcoming. Nice room. A little hard to find, but Marco helped out a lot. It was a comfortable bed, nice shower and hot tub. I will stay again when I am in the area.
Could definitely use some updates, Marco was fabulous ❤️ he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable of the area. He suggested some good spots for dinner last night and breakfast this morning. I would stay here again when at mackinaw city. The price was very good too.
