I would give this place -4 however 1 is the lowest it can go. Disgusting. Wide gap next to air conditioner, stains on every fabric surface, bugs everywhere. Customer service some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Safe yourself some coin & book somewhere else. Ended up leaving immediately and no refund. However, was worth not bringing bed bugs home with us!!

Yes this is one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. Our room had a new shower tub. The beds slept well but the rooms have a stench from years of use the beach is not well kept and while the staff were friendly and did what they could they knew they were offering a poor product for the prices people were paying on a holiday weekend. On the plus side the coffee was better from the lounge than the restaurant we went to for breakfast. Booked through Expedia and like many other reviewers, we were completely bait and switched. The listing showed a cute, relaxing beach front cabin, but what we got was a dirty, run down motel. Our room had bugs, dirty sheets, and even a blood stain on one of the beds. To make matters worse, when we woke up there was a handprint on the outside of our window where someone had clearly tried to slide it open during the night. Drove into Waterfront Inn parking lot. Strange arrangement. The Inn appeared abandoned. No personel in office and appeared no customers. Note in office stated go to desk at hotel next door to the Inn. We decided to stay a few nights after talking with personel at front desk at Inn next door. The Waterfront Inn appears to be a diamond in the rough. I am guessing its used as a passive holding by its owner. It could have a beautiful beach if groomed. Old school rooms with window air conditioners which some how works. Mattress is spring one but not very comfortable . Carpet was kinda sticky and felt dirty. It is Okay for the price of 70$
