The Dr. "M" I'll say was nice and helpful on me understanding what was going on with my eye, however there is one particular staff member I found to be extremely rude, unprofessional to say the least, Yelling at employees & very Ignorant to me as a patient there, Absolutely no filter! Saying things to me that I dare not to say on the review, to horrible! Because of my experience with dealing with this person, I dont want to go back there Because of this particular individual. If I could give no stars I would.
Review: Extremely Unprofessional and Immature Behavior from Staff I am writing this to express my utter disbelief at the hostile treatment I received at this clinic on March 5th, 2026. Run. just Run. this place is horrible, the Doctors are too busy, dont give you the time of day. that is after waiting 3 hours AFTER your scheduled appointment. you can only pay for parking for 2 hours at time. it almost seems like after the 2 hour mark they send you to the second waiting room, now you have to decide to leave to renew parking or get a ticket. this happened EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT I have had here. the counter staff are rude, the doctors dont care and will do anything to get you out of their face faster. hones... read more
My son is going blind been waiting for surgery for two years now with Dr j and Dr M and the receptionist is super rude she shouldn’t work with peopleI keep calling to ask for when his surgery is going to happen she’s answers and very rude she tells me he will have to wait and she won’t answer any of my questions. Very hard to do something when you live out of town and my son going blind
