Horrible experience. Unable to pay for parking outside then coming into office it's like people are cattled through check in and staff calling clients and yelling come. One worker told my client to have a seat there and then another worker yelled at my client go sit over there. My client uses a cane and hard time ambulating. I gave up my seat as no other seat available except across waiting area. Very unprofessional.
Great doctors, horrible front end staff. Nobody picks up the phone.

The Dr. "M" I'll say was nice and helpful on me understanding what was going on with my eye, however there is one particular staff member I found to be extremely rude, unprofessional to say the least, Yelling at employees & very Ignorant to me as a patient there, Absolutely no filter! Saying things to me that I dare not to say on the review, to horrible! Because of my experience with dealing with this person, I dont want to go back there Because of this particular individual. If I could give no stars I would.
