My Mother had an appointment for 10:30. She went through the process of 3 different stages of drops and was waiting for physician..We watched as people with appt after her we're advanced to next waiting room. My mother was still in first waiting room at 11:45. We asked reception if the people in advanced waiting rooms were ahead of use she said yes!!.
