Great Customer Service! – We moved in last July 2007 and from the moment we moved in, the staff, groundskeepers, maintenance and especially the ladies in the front office have been exceptional. Bad management led by Rosanne Twombly – I paid everything on time and owed them nothing when I moved out from Camden Cross Creek. However, the stupid Camden girls made a mistake on my final account statement and then sent me to a debt collector called Hunter Warfield in Florida. It's a horrible experience. Their management's a mess. Don't be cheated by their fake smiles, it's just because you haven't signed the lease yet. Really, trust me... Once you sign the lease, it's another story...
MOLD, MILDEW, and OVERPRICED UNITS STAY AWAY – This apartments look nice but they are not the buildings are very outdated. AT ALL COST DO NOT LIVE HERE . If for some reason you do get stuck living here then do not live in the apartments with the large decks. All the basements leak and create horrendous mold problems. All the apartments with large decks have disgusting carpet which grows mold so you cannot enjoy the decks or open your windows in the summer.
