I’ve never been in therapy before and I just walked in and immediately started spilling everything i could in a hour. Seeley is kind and helpful and I hope to continue seeing her and working through things as they come up. She makes it much easier to be open and more often than not I feel lighter when I leave her office.
Seeley is exceptional with both children and adults. She is consistently thoughtful, responsive, and highly communicative, which has made partnering with her an absolute pleasure. Choosing to bring my little one here has truly been life-changing for our family. I cannot recommend her highly enough—an unequivocal 1000/10.
