The Managers do not up hold the contract. There are no mailboxes. There are roaches. I used borax and hired my own team (Greenleaf) the property is so poorly up kept roaches just bounce around. There is no maintenance team to fix anything. I had leaking roof, broken refrigerator and a bad A/C. The laundry facilities have been down for months.
