Carlos is a solid maintenance guy, came within an hour of my request and was done with the two tasks (electrical and bathroom) within 30 min. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and the management is great - but Carlos made a good review necessary. Give the man a raise!
Carlos is one of the maintenance guys at Waterfront Apartments. He was quick to respond to all of my maintenance issues and quick to resolve them. I am still waiting on the replacement of my microwave. Carlos informed me that will get replaced when a new microwave is ordered because there isn’t one available to replace mine yet. He is professional and has great communication skills. Waterfront is much better for having someone like Carlos in your maintenance crew. Keep him around.
