I was looking for any apartment for my mom who is older and uses a walker. Vanessa was very helpful and found one that is ground level that was to be available around the time we needed. She always returned emails and phone calls promptly and walked me through the whole process. I have no complaints other than the lake being all dried up, but that's not the apartment complex's fault. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Be very careful about utility charges. I was charged additional electricity/vacant-unit fees because the electricity account was apparently set up under a different address. I contacted the leasing office expecting the duplicate/incorrect charges to be corrected, but they told me that I am still responsible for the vacant fees and that I need to work it out with the person who set up the account. Ladies at the front desk are sweet and easy to work with. Also they got nice grass haha.
