Well our experience with Waterfront was excellent it was professional and was on the upscale with the representative Jordan that showed us our place. And she gave us good information about all the details of the place such as when to move in. And the discount we were going to get if we moved in by a certain date. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN LAKEWOOD! Save yourself the time, money, and headache. STAY AWAY. The front office staff is the least helpful office staff you could ever hope for. They will never answer the phone when you call, you will ALWAYS get the voicemail or will need to walk into the leasing office to get anything done. I had a hole in my ceiling that they put in place and it took them over a month to get it fixed due to their own negligence. What started out good is now horrible. The one thing Waterfront has going for it is the staff. They are awesome and just taking orders from their corporate bosses. Everything else however is pretty terrible. -if your neighbors aren’t cool, good luck. The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING -Broken glass over every inch of parking lots so don’t try walking your dog -Washers that break, are promised to be repaired and never fixed for over a year and still damaging clothes. -Not a single camera in any parking lot or build... read more
I've never lived on my own let alone in an apartment before. The process was smooth and everything has been working just fine. We really like the dog park! Everyone at the leasing office is super friendly and nice! Im excited to experience the pool soon!
