The place is very old moldy and unsafe. You pay for parking but your car can be vandalized. There are homless arround and its dirty.
Jack from the maintenance team was very helpful and accommodating. He came in to for one repair and was very timely and respectful of my space.
Two out of the five years were bad and the last last year was not bad they upgraded our apartment at no extra cost because of the water damage ( black mold ) we lived with in the first apartment we rented
Been living here for 2 years and have had no issues recently needed Maintenance. Caleb was super helpful and informative to help with my situation. other than that Waterfront has been a very amazing place to live in especially as my first apartment
