They are a very kind and loving staff. We have had both fur babies sick in the last month. Doctor Thomas has a wonderful bedside manner and spends time explaining the plan of care. We had a great experience bringing our mastiff in. Dr. Desiree was super knowledgeable and definitely explained all of our options well. We will be returning.
Don't be fooled by their location in a strip mall next to fancy waterfront condominiums. Their prices are very reasonable and Dr. Thomas is a good veterinarian with friendly staff. My cat was up and running less than 24 hours after I brought her in on an emergency basis, thinking she was dying. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Thomas and her staff.
Great service friendly service
Dr. Thomas & her staff are amazing!!! Annie liked her from the moment we walked in. Dr. Thomas took her time even though we were her last patient of the day. Annie had her staples removed with just a few little whimpers. Bandaged her up and we were good to go. No muzzle needed & she even gave Dr. Thomas a few good kisses before we left.
Everything they are awesome and my dogs loves to go to the vet, it's the strangest thing, she runs inside to see Desiree as soon as we get there.
