We have been living here the past few years. Very close knit community. Management is very attentive and professional. Great for families. Neighborhood kids are always playing outside and having a great time. The units are well maintained and the landscaping is done regularly. We are extremely happy with our move to Waterford townhomes!
I don’t like
I live at these townhouses. They are quite nice. The neighbors are all quiet, children well behaved. It's a nice little community. Property is well maintained. When we have a problem, it is attended to promptly. The manager is very convivial, kind, and polite. Sure you can become a homeowner, but beware of the high cost of homeownership. I owned a home before, here I am only responsible for the light bulbs, I have had appliances replaced, if they couldn't be fixed, the roof was fixed, windows changed, screens repaired,.. and... read more
