I will expand this review as events continue, but my experience here has been extremely concerning. Management ignored multiple written notices after staff damaged my vehicle on the property. They refused to provide basic contact information for the responsible parties and only responded when I made it clear I would escalate the matter. Almost four thousand dollars for a three bedroom is robbery.
We have been living here the past few years. Very close knit community. Management is very attentive and professional. Great for families. Neighborhood kids are always playing outside and having a great time. The units are well maintained and the landscaping is done regularly. We are extremely happy with our move to Waterford townhomes!
