I had a difficult experience during my early days living at the Waterford Apartments. We had a recurring mouse issue, which we reported to the main office. Unfortunately, instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed. A member of the management suggested that if we didn’t like the apartment, we could move back to our old place.
