The employee drawing blood is very rude. She might want to take some classes on being nice. She might want to think about changing jobs. She would be good working at a car wash. Dr Ahmad has been my pcp since 1992. I just love her. New office staff is not flexible with appointments. I was having a crisis and walked in. I had to beg to be seen. Nurse practitioner saw me and was a huge help. Dr Ahmad said it wouldn’t happen again. I sure hope not.
This review is for the lab inside the office- I went in August 15, 2025 for some labs to be drawn. The lady inside did not a knowledge me as I was waiting outside the door. After a few minutes I peaked my head in the door and she told me to put my order down on the table and go have a seat. I was assuming she would get my tubes together and call me back, so I proceeded to walk out to the chairs in the hall when she rudely said sit down. I then went to the chairs. Still no how are you. Rachel Price, NP is amazing!! My husband came with me my first visit and now he sees her too. She takes the time to listen and is very easy to talk with. She is kind, compassionate, and thorough. I highly recommend her!! The front desk and support staff were friendly and supportive. The office has a lab in the building which is quite convenient.
Dr. Ahmad is such a wonderful human being. I have been going to her for approximately 18 years. The compassion and care that she gives is genuine. She truly is concerned about your well-being and wants the best for you. Every visit, she sits down and takes quality time to talk to you. She wants to know how you are doing. She does all that she can to improve your overall well-being.
