So I just want to say that this property has gone downhill. I have resided out here for many years and this new manager Crystal has been horrible. She has allowed any and everybody to move out here. People have been smoking weed and having this property smelling bad which is apart of our lease. Maintenance doesn’t fix things within a timely manner, stuff constantly breaking. The communication with the office staff during the application process is very unprofessional. I lacked communication from Percilla in the office as she failed to update me on application status. I called every other day to still receive the same answer. Something told me to ask if I’d still be able to get my move in date that is a week away and I was informed the apartment is no longer available as the resident didn’t move and I’ve been put on a waitlist. I would like to apply for Waterford apartment
Although I no longer reside here and will miss it, I must say the complex is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. The staff along with maintenance were so nice. Neighbors were friendly. Never had an issue with getting something repaired when needed. The ladies in the office did a Mother’s Day breakfast (was unable to attend), they give out school supplies and so much more.
