I was impressed that the door issue was resolved in a timely manner! Also, my oven was repaired quickly and sufficient. I was very HAPPY because I need my oven working for Thanksgiving and they got I'd done right away! Thanks Waterford Place!
I moved in the first week of June 2025. After four days of living here the neighbors in the apartment directly across from my apartment had a shoot out and shot up our cars and our neighbors cars in the middle of their crossfire. Not to mention it happened literally between 8pm and 9pm at night. The sun had barely went down. I had just gotten home from work. Maintenance was very quick and dome in a timely fashion
I spoke with Ms. Juanita today regarding an ongoing issue, and she immediately rectified the situation. I won’t go into the negative, but I will say that if you need any help, she is the one to speak with. She had the best attitude I’ve encountered in the office and came with real solutions. If you ever have an emergency or urgent matter, I highly recommend reaching out to her to save yourself some frustration.
