Maintenance was great, responded to my request the next day and even helped with my door lock too, great service..
I was impressed that the door issue was resolved in a timely manner! Also, my oven was repaired quickly and sufficient. I was very HAPPY because I need my oven working for Thanksgiving and they got I'd done right away! Thanks Waterford Place!
I moved in the first week of June 2025. After four days of living here the neighbors in the apartment directly across from my apartment had a shoot out and shot up our cars and our neighbors cars in the middle of their crossfire. Not to mention it happened literally between 8pm and 9pm at night. The sun had barely went down. I had just gotten home from work.
