Been living at Waterford apartments for the last year (coming up to two) and honestly it's one of the nicest, friendliest and cleanest places I've stayed. The management and grounds keeping is top quality and they're always super happy to help out, prices are affordable and the apartments are spacious and light. 10/10 recommended!
I never thought I'd enjoy living in a place like this, as I tend to like my space. I've lived here over a year, and I love it! I have a 2-bed/2-bath with a wooded view. Great place to stay everything was really clean and serviceable. Property Manager was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to do business with. Will recommend Waterford Place apartment to incoming collages at FT Knox.
I stayed here for work for two years, was a very good complex and both the manager and the groundskeeper were very friendly and helpful. Very quite complex and not like your normal apartment complex feelings, felt more like a home. Rent was affordable and I have no complaints. Rooms were perfect size and one thing I really liked was the size of the stairs for bringing furniture up and down during my move out/in would stay there again
