The manager is very friendly and goes over and above to make sure all your needs are met to the best of his ability. For example, I was in need of a handicap accebility parking spot in front of my apartment, and he had one put up the very next morning! The maintenanceman doesn't let any grass grow under his feet when he's notified by the manager of any issues that require him to address. Great place to stay everything was really clean and serviceable. Property Manager was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to do business with. Will recommend Waterford Place apartment to incoming collages at FT Knox.

I stayed here for work for two years, was a very good complex and both the manager and the groundskeeper were very friendly and helpful. Very quite complex and not like your normal apartment complex feelings, felt more like a home. Rent was affordable and I have no complaints. Rooms were perfect size and one thing I really liked was the size of the stairs for bringing furniture up and down during my move out/in would stay there again

I have lived at Waterford Place since December 2019. I was not sure at the time how long I would be staying, but as time has gone by I have gotten comfortable here. I love the convenience of everything being so close to me. Most important is management and maintenance, Rodney and JC are amazing. They take such great care of their tenants and the property. I think that is most important when you are renting.
