I have lived at Waterford Place since December 2019. I was not sure at the time how long I would be staying, but as time has gone by I have gotten comfortable here. I love the convenience of everything being so close to me. Most important is management and maintenance, Rodney and JC are amazing. They take such great care of their tenants and the property. I think that is most important when you are renting.

I’m reviewing for my mother who lives at the Waterford Place Apts. We are so extremely happy with how much care Rodney and JC give to this place and to their residents. Whenever my mom needs something they are there to help. We could not have found another place that would give her what she has here…..security, convenience, and comfortability. Very happy to have found this place!
I've lived here almost 4 years. It has been a great place to live. Convenient location. Pro-active maintenance. They respond quickly when you do have a problem. Management is easy going but they do stay on top of things. It is relatively quiet. Waterford Place is definitely a good place to make a home.
