I have been living in the Waterford place for 2 years and I am very satisfied with their service. .The environment is beautiful and service is too good Their maintenance service is excellent they are always right there when you call
If you are looking for a responsive, helpful, considerate leasing staff and incredible maintenance professionals, this is your place! And if you haven't seen the Waterford updates on social media, you're missing out. Patrick does a great job. He is one big ball of joy!
The pet fee is expensive
I recently had my car towed, and I also received an eviction letter due to their glitches. Please exercise caution if considering a move here, as they raised our rent by 10 percent.
My boyfriend and I have lived in a third floor apartment at Waterford Place for 1 year. We have absolutely loved it and have little to no complaints! We’ve always felt very safe, and we really appreciate the amenities. The location is also amazing. It’s close to everything and right across the street is Brown Park!
