Living at Waterford has been incredibly aggravating. Management does the absolute bare minimum to get by. There has been an issue with my sliding door, causing my apartment to be exposed to the outside for months. My LGE bill has skyrocketed and i was told by management that “it’s the winter, it’s like that for everyone”. They have pushed this off like it’s no big deal.
