Refuse to fix broken heaters/air for multiple residents. . Have gone 7 days now with no heat in 30 degree weather and snow storm. Maintenance said they are doing me a "favor" (maybe because by law I have to have working heat?) by providing me with hand held fire hazardous space heaters that are left on for days at a time 24/7. They also complained how they do their job in the cold like its not their job to do it in the cold. (Put in another job application if you dont like it! Worst apartments to live in, so many bugs and leaks. Rafael is a jerk. Can’t wait till lease is up. Don’t move here u less you like bugs and mold
