I have lived at Waterford for around 3 years now and the experience has been amazing the entire time. I originally moved into a one bedroom and once that lease was over, I moved into a two-bedroom so I could have the extra room for an office. The issues were handled immediately. The work was seamless and excellently done. The crew was awesome, friendly, professional and courteous. I have lived here for 5 years and I have never had a negative or bad experience with my residency. The whole team is accommodating, caring and easy to approach. I just got engaged and we are looking for a house. I am truly going to miss Waterford Place Apts and the entire team. I call them my friends in my head. Lol
Everything about my stay here has been phenomenal from start to finish. This has been my favorite unit I've ever rented from a price and location standpoint, but the staff has been the difference in making it a five star renting experience.
