Omg, Monique is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly detailed and really knows how to make you feel like it’s your home during the tour.
I just want to say the maintenance team is the best. I kept having problems with my AC and regardless of how many requests I sent they kept coming until it eventually got fixed. They're great
