I have lived at Waterford Place for 4 1/2 years and I am very happy here! The office staff and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful! My maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner!
They never refund deposit first time I made lease for 1 year they didn’t refund my 700$ just said for cleaning carpet and another stuff but carpet was clean they didn’t show me any picture and 2nd time again a made for 6 months lease 700$ deposit end my lease before I leaving from apartment they said we send your your deposit to your new home by mail but after a month again im calling them they asking the same story no deposit!!!
This place has completely changed. Many people from the East and other states once moved here for affordable rent and a quiet community. Now the apartment lease prices are almost as high as in New York City. Management has been making partial upgrades like replacing a few floors, appliances, or bathroom fixtures without residents’ requests, and then passing the costs onto tenants through higher rent. My wife and I lived here for about 2 years (summer 2023 to spring 2025) before buying our first home (which is the only reason we left). Only positive things to say! Would recommend living here to anyone.
Hills properties does not work with PNC bank for rent cafe which causes huge problems and work around such as an extra fee monthly for using your debit card because they do not except your bank PNC. Also very slow on maintenance requests. They ask you to submit request via web but never respond until hou make person to person request
